These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of this website (trygalaxylead.com, the "Site"), operated by Galaxy Listing Systems LLC, Orlando, Florida ("Galaxy Listing Systems," "Galaxy Lead," "we," "us"). A separate signed Service Agreement governs the specific scope, pricing, term, and cancellation terms for any paid engagement; these Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
Galaxy Lead provides a done-for-you managed service to home-service contractor businesses (roofing, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning, electrical, and pool service), offered in three tiers: Review Engine, AI Receptionist, and Galaxy Complete. Full tier details and pricing are on our pricing section; the specific tier, price, and term for any client are set out in that client's signed order form and Service Agreement.
Galaxy Lead's Galaxy Complete tier includes territory exclusivity: we work with only one contractor per trade within a defined service area, consisting of a specific, listed set of ZIP codes (typically 3–5 adjacent ZIP codes sized to the client's actual service radius). The exact ZIP codes covered by a client's exclusivity are defined in that client's signed order form or Service Agreement — we only commit to what is explicitly listed there.
While a Galaxy Complete client's exclusivity is active, Galaxy Lead will not accept any client in the same trade within the listed ZIP codes on any plan or tier. Businesses already working with us when exclusivity is granted are unaffected.
Exclusivity begins at first payment and runs for an initial 12-month term, renewing in 12-month increments unless either side gives 30 days' notice. It stays in force while the subscription is active and not more than 15 days past due, and while the client remains on Galaxy Complete. If either condition fails, we give written notice and a 30-day period to fix it; if it is not fixed, exclusivity converts to non-exclusive and the client's service, deliverables, and price continue unchanged — we do not end anyone's service over an exclusivity condition.
We may continue to serve adjacent trades and adjacent territories without restriction.
Galaxy Listing Systems is a marketing technology provider, not a licensed real estate brokerage. Any real estate brokerage services referenced or linked from our other sites are performed by independently licensed Florida real estate professionals in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 475. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy real property.
Our go-live commitment measures one thing: your system — your booking page on Review Engine or AI Receptionist, or your website on Galaxy Complete — going live on a web address we provide, on the go-live date we agree with you in writing at onboarding. We set that date with you after your signed agreement and completed intake, based on the work your build actually requires and the capacity we have; we do not quote a fixed turnaround before we know what your build involves. It does not attach to anything that needs your action or a third party's approval — for Galaxy Complete, moving onto your own domain name; for any tier, mobile-carrier approval for text messaging, or Google granting us access to your profile. Those follow on their own timelines and switch on automatically at no extra cost. We are not responsible for delay caused by your act or omission, or by a registrar, Domain Name System propagation, a certificate authority, a mobile carrier, or Google; the time for us to perform extends by the length of any such delay.
If you already own a domain (Galaxy Complete only — Review Engine and AI Receptionist do not use your domain). We will recommend one of four approaches based on your answers at intake — most importantly whether your business email runs on that domain. Our default approach leaves your existing email completely untouched. You are responsible for telling us whether email is active on the domain, and for either adding the two records we supply, granting us access, or making the change we request. Your site is live and fully working on our address the whole time.
Galaxy Listing Systems and its clients are committed to compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not discriminate, and our clients agree not to discriminate, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability in any advertising, marketing, or business practice conducted using our services.
The AI Receptionist and Galaxy Complete tiers include an artificial-intelligence phone receptionist that identifies itself to callers as an automated assistant on every call. Some marketing content on this Site is produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals (review responses, booking-page or website content), maintaining ownership of their own phone number and Google Business Profile (Galaxy Lead is granted manager access only and never takes ownership), and lawful use of the service, including compliance with their own consent obligations for any customer list they ask us to message.
Website, booking page, and domain. Review Engine and AI Receptionist include one hosted contact-and-booking page, provided on an address we control. Galaxy Complete includes a 6-page website; where Galaxy Lead registers a domain name on a client's behalf for Galaxy Complete, that domain is registered in the client's name and remains the client's property, including after cancellation. Booking-page and website hosting and configuration are part of the service and end with it. Your booking page or website goes live on the go-live date agreed in writing at onboarding, on an address we provide; for Galaxy Complete, moving it onto the client's own domain typically completes a day or two after that and sits outside the go-live commitment, because domain and certificate propagation are not within our control.
Service fees are the maximum liability of either party (aside from a client's compliance obligations for its own consent records, which the client indemnifies). We make no guarantee of specific call volume, lead volume, or revenue. These Terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
